Youth choir 'Kamēr…' is one of Latvia’s and the world’s most influential choral groups. Founded in 1990 by Māris Sirmais, currently led by Artistic Director and Principal Conductor Jurģis Cābulis, together with Patriks Kārlis Stepe​ in the role of Second Conductor, they are the only choir in the world which has won four times​ the European Grand Prix for Choral Singing.
