Booking opens for World Symposium on Choral Music 2026 in Macau
Registration has opened for the 2026 World Symposium on Choral Music (WSCM), which will take place in Macau from 1–6 August 2026.
Organised by the International Federation for Choral Music, the triennial symposium is one of the most significant gatherings in the global choral calendar, bringing together leading choirs, conductors, composers, educators and industry partners for six days of performances, seminars and exchange. Under the theme ‘Reimagining the Future’, WSCM 2026 will explore how the choral landscape is evolving – examining what has changed, what is changing, and what might be transformed in the years ahead. The programme will include keynote addresses, lectures, roundtables, masterclasses, reading sessions and both pop-up and gala concerts, alongside a full trade expo. An international faculty of speakers and presenters will join the performing ensembles, with further details on repertoire and composers expected in due course.
