Taking place from 16 to 20 July 2026, the festival is presented as a non-competitive meeting point for young singers, with a focus on artistic excellence, cultural heritage and international friendship.

Participating ensembles include the Toronto Children’s Chorus from Canada, Gondwana from Australia, the New Zealand Secondary Students’ Choir, The Hong Kong Children’s Choir, Soul Sounds Academy Children’s Choir from Sri Lanka, Thailand Children’s Choir and Kuala Lumpur Children’s Choir from Malaysia.

The visiting choirs will perform alongside the Voices of Singapore Children’s Choir and Youth Choir. A special Friendship Concert will also feature the Hong Kong Inter-School Teachers’ Choir, VOS Ladies Choir and VOS City Chorus.

The programme will include gala concerts, feature concerts, workshops, open rehearsals, an educators’ panel and roundtable discussions. A collaborative music video featuring all participating choirs in a special arrangement of We Are The World will also form part of the festival.

Events will take place across a number of Singapore venues, including CHIJMES Hall, Capitol Theatre, VOS Capitol Studios, Geneo at Singapore Science Park and the VOS Choral Hub at Enabling Village.

Dr Darius Lim, Artistic Director of Voices of Singapore, said, ‘The Voices of the World International Choir Festival is a meeting point for young choristers from different cultures and communities across the world.

‘In a time where genuine human connection matters more than ever, we believe music has the power to bring people together in a way that transcends language and borders. We are proud to welcome these young voices to Singapore and to create a space where artistic excellence, cultural exchange and friendship can thrive side by side.’

Tickets for the gala concerts and registrations for public workshops and open rehearsals are now available.
